For rentals
- Check availability
- Once we agreed with the owner of the transaction we will send you a copy of the contract so you can check the clauses.
- A security deposit is required to complete the reservation, you do this after we issue a confirmation.
- Once you complete the transaction you will receive a receipt for your deposit

Contracts can be signed online if it is necessary with an authorized electronic signature by the owner.
We guarantee the Contract will be signed by the owner of the unit before they received your security deposit.
For a lease longer than one month we require first, and last month rent, plus a security deposit, you will sign the contract after a walk through to make sure the apartment is in the conditions it was promised.
The security deposit can be reimbursed if the owner does not comply with the signed lease, plus a compensation according to Ecuadorian law.
Dates can be rescheduled as long as we are notified in advance.
In case of a contract extension, we required to be notified at least two months in advance, this does not mean the contract will be extended.
In case you were not able to come to Manta in the time you originally planned, you can reschedule.
( The advertised price can be affected if you leased the unit for less than 6 months)
The lease or contract is following the parameters permitted by the Municipality of Manta and the chamber of commerce, therefore the tenant and landlord are obligated to comply with signed lease.
Since the official language is Spanish, all the contracts must be signed in Spanish, we will provide an English version if it was needed.
