•  Opening with  USD 60.
•  Application for opening, you can obtain it at the bank
• Color copy of your cedula
• Utility bill: water, electricity, phone (of residence) 
• Two home phone numbers as a reference 
• A letter reference from a bank client

Note you need to be a resident to open bank accounts in Ecuador.
