Investor visa
Mandatory Requirements:
Color photograph in JPG format maximum one mb, 5 x 5 cms (2 x 2 inches), updated, with a white background, the facial expression must be neutral (preferably), or have a natural smile, with both eyes open.
Valid and current passport: original and copy.
Regular stay in force in the country from where the visa applies.
Original certificate of criminal record from the country of origin or in which you have resided for the last five years, translated, apostilled or legalized. One hundred and eighty (180) days of validity will be taken into account, counted from the date of issuance of the certificate until the last entry of the interested party to the country. The certificates issued by Federal Governments will be valid as long as they understand the criminal records at the national level. Document required only for people over 18 years of age.
Accredit the legal means of life that allow the subsistence of the applicant and the family group dependent on it; in accordance with the Protocol to Accredit Lawful Livelihoods that Justify the Subsistence of the Applicant and their Dependent Family Group in the Visa Processes. Fee payment (Consular and Diplomatic Fee)
Note: For the renewal of temporary residence visas, it is an essential requirement to present a certificate of affiliation to a public or private health insurance, with full coverage, valid for the duration of the immigration status (two years), as provided in Article 62, numeral 2 of the Regulation to the Organic Law of Human Mobility. In the case of permanent residences, there is no renewal, in this case the figure is a visa transfer, for this purpose, a certificate of affiliation to a public or private health insurance, with full coverage, must also be attached.
Special Requirements:
Title, policy or certificate of deposit with a minimum term of seven hundred thirty (730) days, issued by a credit entity recognized by the Superintendence of Banks or Superintendence of Popular and Solidarity Economy, for an amount equivalent to and not less than seventy (100 ) unified basic wages of the worker in general; or,
Deed of sale of a property located in national territory, in which it is stated as the owner of the property, registered in the Property Registry of the respective canton, whose amount is not less than eighty (100) unified basic salaries; or,
Document that proves the ownership of shares or participations in an Ecuadorian company, for an amount not less than one hundred (100) unified basic salaries, duly registered in the Superintendence of Companies, Securities and Insurance.
Copy of the public deed of the investment contract signed with the Ecuadorian State, in force; or
Copy of the delegated management deed signed with entities of the central or decentralized autonomous governments, in force; or
Copy of the contract Copy of administrative contract of any nature, which are signed with the State.
